Barber Services Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments: We recommend booking your appointment in advance. Walk-ins may be available but are not guaranteed.
2. Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened.
3. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Client Behavior: We strive to provide a welcoming and professional environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in the termination of your service and future appointments.
5. Children: All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure children are seated during their visit for safety.

Merchandise Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Orders: If you've placed a pre-order for merchandise, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. This may vary depending on stock availability and demand.
2. Holiday Orders: Please note that no new orders will be processed during the holiday period (e.g., Christmas) to allow our team a break. Orders will be processed after the holiday period ends.
3. Shipping: Shipping is available NZ-wide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your order before confirming.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If you receive merchandise that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for a resolution.
6. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately, and we will rectify the issue.
